Return & Refund Policy

At Dune Workshop, many of our pieces are handcrafted in small quantities, made-to-order, or created using unique natural gemstones. Because of this, we kindly ask clients to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unworn and unused
  • returned in its original condition and packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • bespoke and custom-made jewelry
  • personalized or engraved pieces
  • resized rings
  • made-to-order items
  • earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • gift cards
  • sale items

Because many gemstones are one-of-a-kind, some pieces may not be reproduced exactly.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the item and packaging
  • a brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the situation and do our best to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our collections, exchanges are handled individually depending on stock availability.

The fastest way to receive another item is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

This right does not apply to personalized, bespoke, or made-to-order items.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
