Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Made-to-order pieces generally require 10–15 business days for production.
Bespoke commissions are created individually and typically require at least 3 weeks, depending on the design, gemstone sourcing, and production complexity.

Production times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping Methods

We ship internationally using trusted courier services.

Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the courier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

However, we will always assist clients in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.

Return Policy


The jewels must be in perfect condition, without signs of use and send them in their original packaging. The procedure is as follows: send us an email indicating the reason for the return. You will then receive a return confirmation by mail.

The return must be made with the same transport company with which the product was received. Sending costs are purchaser responsibility.

Returned parts that denote use or are not in perfect condition will be returned to the customer.

Once the jewels have been received and their condition checked, the return will be accepted with a maximum of 3 working days from the delivery date in our workshop.

We promise to make the refund in a maximum time of 30 days from the reception of the jewel.

The refund will be made in the bank account with which the purchase was made.

Custom made products on request cannot be returned.
