These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Pricing

Prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke

Many products are made-to-order.

Production time usually ranges between 10–15 business days unless otherwise stated.

Bespoke and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Intellectual Property

All images, branding, designs, texts, and website content belong to Dune Workshop and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Girona, Spain.

Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces generally require 10–15 business days for production before shipping.

Production times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping Methods

We ship internationally using trusted courier services.

Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the courier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

However, we will always assist clients in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.
