Return Policy
The jewels must be in perfect condition, without signs of use and send them in their original packaging. The procedure is as follows: send us an email indicating the reason for the return. You will then receive a return confirmation by mail.
The return must be made with the same transport company with which the product was received. Sending costs are purchaser responsibility.
Returned parts that denote use or are not in perfect condition will be returned to the customer.
Once the jewels have been received and their condition checked, the return will be accepted with a maximum of 3 working days from the delivery date in our workshop.
We promise to make the refund in a maximum time of 30 days from the reception of the jewel.
The refund will be made in the bank account with which the purchase was made.
Custom made products on request cannot be returned.
